Who Loves Short Shorts?

Love: Nike Sky High Dunks

Nike have come out with a girl's version of the Nike High Tops similar to the Isabel Marant, Beyonce' rocked in her film clip "Love On Top". There is a little feature that stands out for us though, it is the built in wedge/heel giving you that extra height without it being obvious. The sneaker heel! This sparked a trend for a new style of sneaker specifically made for women. Street cred and stylish! R'n B singer Cassie was spotted in them in her single "The Boys" featuring Nicki Minaj. With the trend of Sports Luxe happening at the moment these shoes are perfect with any sporty get up, jeans and a tee or team with a tight LBD dress for a night out! A versatile closet keeper!

Sparkle and Shine

Thursday 16 January 2014

Now we know sequins was well saturated and dragged through the mud during the Jersey Shore, Jerseylicious, Real House Wives hype of reality shows. And for a while I thought I wouldn't be able to pull off a sequins number without looking like a gum chewing gold digger  in the heart of New Jersey! But what could save us from such stereo typical views? DESIGNER LABELS doing what they do best! Steering clear of all that is trashy and main stream and putting a new spin on classy sequencey chic! There maybe a bit of a price tag attached but wouldn't you rather feel and look like a million dollars than a $40 same as the next Jersey girl?....

Welcome To The Jungle Prints 13/14

Welcome to the jungle.....
So not sure if Katy Perry's Roar video clip had anything to do with the big movement and crazy obsession with jungle prints for our spring/summer season but we are not complaining! Think prints of big palm leaves, scenic jungle, exotic floral and fauna. animal prints....but on steroids. It's what you will find on anything wearable! down to your socks! It's looking incredible on celeb run ways! Starting believe this trend with stay for a while, it was seen as late as 2012 merging off the catwalk... what do you think?
